About the Role

Patel Motors is looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead workshop operations for our Eicher Commercial Vehicle service network in Indore and Ujjain. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth workshop functioning, achieving service targets, maximizing customer satisfaction, and managing workshop manpower as per VECV standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and manage day-to-day workshop operations.
- Ensure adherence to VECV service standards, SOPs, and delivery timelines.
- Drive labour sales, workshop revenue, and parts sales targets.
- Optimize workshop resource utilization and productivity.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop workshop staff, technicians, and supervisors.
- Coordinate with Spare Parts, Finance, and Aftermarket teams for smooth operations.
- Manage external vendors, contractors, and workshop agencies.
- Monitor workshop quality, safety, and operational efficiency.




- Prepare and review workshop performance reports and KPIs.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with 7–9 years of workshop management experience.
- OR Graduate in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering with 5–6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Commercial Vehicle / Automobile Workshop Operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of workshop processes, productivity, and customer service.
