As a Workday Integration Senior Associate you will support people operations and human resource transactions through Workday technology, helping manage employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, record keeping, compliance activities, and inquiry resolution. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members, and grow your technical skills while navigating ambiguity and aligning your work to broader business objectives within our Technology Consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to Workday integration workstreams, interpret data to inform recommendations, respond to varied client needs, and deliver dependable support across HR systems and process activities.

Responsibilities

- Managing Workday integration workstreams across client service engagements
- Designing, configuring,



and testing Workday Integration and Workday Studio solutions to support business requirements
- Analyzing complex integration issues and translating findings into practical recommendations
- Developing and maintaining interface specifications, technical documentation, and deployment materials
- Collaborating across teams to coordinate system changes, issue resolution, and release activities
- Interpreting client process needs and aligning integration design with Workday HCM, Workday Projects, and Workday Reporting and Analytics
- Reviewing deliverables from junior team members and providing guidance on technical tasks and problem solving
- Supporting data conversion, data mapping, and validation activities for Workday connected systems
- Identifying opportunities to improve integration performance, automation, and process efficiency
- Building client relationships by communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps clearly

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- At least one Workday certification in integrations, Studio, Extend, Security
- Demonstrating Workday integration build, testing, and deployment experience
- Applying Workday HCM, Prism Analytics, or reporting knowledge
- Translating client needs into scalable integration designs
- Analyzing complex issues and recommending practical solutions
- Mentoring junior team members through delivery tasks
