As a Workday Integration Senior Associate you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless use of Workday applications across HR, finance, payroll, talent management, and other business functions. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, navigate complex situations, and deepen your technical skills while growing your personal brand within our Digital Core Modernisation practice. In this role at PwC, you will support Workday integration workstreams, interpret client needs, use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, and deliver work that aligns with broader project objectives and changing business context.

Responsibilities

- Leading Workday integration workstreams across client engagements and coordinating day-to-day deliverables
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into integration designs for Workday HCM, payroll, finance, and talent processes
- Developing and testing Workday Studio, Workday Extend,



and API-based integration solutions
- Configuring data mappings, error handling, and interface monitoring to support reliable system connections
- Interpreting functional and technical requirements to resolve integration issues and support implementation decisions
- Reviewing deliverables prepared by junior team members and providing guidance on technical approach and work product development
- Collaborating with client stakeholders to gather feedback, clarify priorities, and maintain progress across assigned workstreams
- Preparing documentation, status updates, and issue logs to track milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Supporting reporting and analytics activities using Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting and Analytics
- Applying critical thinking to identify process improvement opportunities and streamline application integration activities

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating Workday integration development for client engagements
- Utilizing Workday Studio, Extend, or Security configurations
- Interpreting integration requirements into technical deliverables
- Collaborating across teams to solve complex Workday issues
- Mentoring junior teammates through Workday project delivery
