Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of civil and finishing works.
- Check construction activities against approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect materials received at site and ensure that only approved materials are used.
- Monitor quality of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Verify line, level, alignment, dimensions and workmanship at various stages of construction.
- Assist in conducting material and concrete-related tests, including cube testing and other applicable quality checks.
- Identify defects, deviations and quality issues and coordinate with the site team for corrective action.
- Assist in preparing inspection reports, quality checklists, test reports and daily quality records.
- Support preparation and closure of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and site observations.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants and Project Managers for quality-related matters.




- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per applicable IS Codes, project specifications and approved drawings.
- Participate in snagging, quality inspections and pre-handover checks.
- Maintain proper documentation of quality inspections, material approvals and test results.
- Support the senior QA/QC team in implementing quality control procedures at the project site.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- 13 years of experience in QA/QC / Quality Control / Civil Construction.
- Candidates from real estate, residential, commercial or building construction projects will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Basic understanding of quality documentation, inspection checklists and NCRs.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at a construction project/site location.
