We are seeking a Workday Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Payroll, Compensation, and Absence Management to support implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to configure, optimize, and maintain Workday solutions aligned with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Workday Payroll, Compensation, and Absence Management modules.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.

- Design and maintain business processes, eligibility rules, calculations, and security configurations.

- Support integrations, reporting, testing, and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system enhancements.

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to ensure effective solution delivery.





- Required Skills

- 6+ years of Workday experience with hands-on expertise in Payroll, Compensation, and Absence modules.

- Robust knowledge of Workday business processes, reporting, and security.

- Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, and testing activities.

- Experience supporting Workday implementations, AMS, or enhancement projects.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Workday Payroll, Compensation, or Absence Certification.

- Experience with global HR and payroll processes.

- Knowledge of Workday HCM, Benefits, and Time Tracking modules is a plus.
