Your future duties and responsibilities Configure and maintain Workday Benefits, including eligibility rules, benefit plans, enrollments, life events, and carrier feeds. Provide Advantages administration support by resolving enrollment issues, retroactive changes, and life event transactions. Configure and support Workday HCM Business Processes and Security. Execute Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) loads ranging from simple to complex. Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with benefits carriers and third-party vendors. Manage support requests through JIRA and ServiceNow. Create and manage user stories and tasks in JIRA. Develop and maintain standard and custom Workday reports. Required qualifications to be successful in this role Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience performing the following tasks in Workday: .

Workday

Benefits configuration (eligibility, plans, enrollments, life events, carrier feeds) .

Advantages administration support and issue resolution (enrollments, retro changes, life events) .



Strong understanding of Workday HCM Business Processes and Security . Executing EIB loads (simple to complex) . Monitoring and troubleshooting integrations (benefits carriers/vendors) . Inbox/ticket management (JIRA, ServiceNow) . Creating and managing Stories/tasks in JIRA . Developing and maintaining Workday reports (standard and custom)

Nice to Have

. Workday Benefits certification . Experience with benefits compliance (US & Canada) . Stakeholder management (HR, Benefits, IT) . Experience working in Agile Pods
