As a Workday Accounting Prism - Senior Associate you will support client engagements focused on Workday human capital and business application consulting, helping clients analyze needs, implement solutions, and use Workday HCM tools to improve human resources processes and talent management. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and navigate complex situations with critical thinking, reflection, and a growing understanding of the broader business context within our Technology Consulting practice. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to client support activities, interpret data to shape insights and recommendations, and uphold professional and technical standards while developing your technical skills and personal brand.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing Workday Accounting Prism requirements and translating client needs into configured reporting and accounting solutions
- Supporting implementation workstreams across Workday HCM and Accounting Prism by coordinating tasks,



tracking deliverables, and managing issue follow-up
- Developing and refining data models, calculated fields, and report outputs to support workforce and finance reporting needs
- Interpreting client data to identify trends, control gaps, and process improvements across human capital and accounting operations
- Validating solution design against business requirements, functional specifications, and established application standards
- Preparing testing scenarios, reviewing results, and documenting defects, dependencies, and remediation steps
- Providing client support during deployment activities, knowledge transfer sessions, and post-go-live stabilization
- Guiding junior team members on Workday configuration, problem solving approaches, and deliverable preparation
- Building client relationships through responsive communication, issue resolution, and anticipation of evolving project needs

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Advantages, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Applying Workday Accounting Prism skills in client engagements
- Supporting human capital data analysis and reporting solutions
- Interpreting business needs into practical Workday configurations
- Navigating client conversations across diverse perspectives and needs
