Role Description The WordPress Executive role is a part-time remote position responsible for managing and optimizing company websites built on WordPress. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating web pages, configuring themes and plugins, and ensuring site performance, security, and responsiveness across devices. The role involves coordinating with design, content, and marketing teams to implement website changes, landing pages, and campaign-related updates.

The WordPress Executive will also monitor website analytics,



troubleshoot technical issues, and support SEO best practices to improve user experience and visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong WordPress skills, including theme customization, plugin management, and familiarity with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery).
- Basic front-end development skills such as HTML, CSS, and fundamental understanding of JavaScript for website layout and styling.
- Experience with website performance optimization, security best practices, backups, and error troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, on-page optimization, and integration of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Ability to collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams, and manage multiple tasks in a remote, part-time setting.
- Robust attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and capacity to follow compliance and brand guidelines.
- Relevant experience in website administration or digital marketing; pharmaceutical or healthcare industry exposure is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
