Role Description This is a full time, on-site Windows Server Administrator role based in Hyderabad.

The Windows Server

Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows servers used across NephroPlus clinics and corporate offices. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring server performance, managing user accounts and permissions, handling backups and recovery, and ensuring security policies and patches are applied consistently. The role involves diagnosing and resolving system and network issues, providing technical support to internal teams,



and coordinating with IT vendors when necessary.

The administrator will collaborate with other IT staff to improve reliability, implement best practices, and support the scalability of critical healthcare systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Server Administration and System Administration skills for Windows environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess experience in Patch Management and security updates to maintain stable and secure systems.
- Relevant skills such as knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, backup and recovery solutions, and basic networking concepts are beneficial.
- Ability to document procedures, follow standardized protocols, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, MCSA/MCSE) are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting healthcare operations with high reliability and integrity.
