We are urgently hiring for Windows Server Administrator for one of our MNC clients, based in Pune.

Location: Chinchwad, Pune

Mode: Work from office

Working days: 5 days

- Provide technical support for Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Administer and troubleshoot VMware ESXi/vCenter, including VM provisioning, snapshots, vMotion, datastore, and performance-related issues.
- Manage Active Directory, including user/group administration, GPOs, DNS, domain issues, account lockouts, and replication troubleshooting.
- Perform Windows Server administration, including services, patching, disk/storage, performance, RDP, event logs, and PowerShell-based troubleshooting.
- Monitor and troubleshoot backup jobs, restore operations,



and recovery activities to ensure data protection and availability.
- Monitor infrastructure health, respond to alerts, and perform incident troubleshooting and resolution within defined SLAs.
- Perform root-cause analysis, document incidents, and coordinate with L3/application/network teams for complex issues.
- Support infrastructure changes, maintenance activities, and ensure proper incident/change management processes are followed.
