- We're hiring a Founder's Office (Content) intern to run our content engine alongside the founder
- You'll be the person who turns raw ideas into LinkedIn posts, case studies, video scripts, proposals, and basically every piece of writing that leaves the company. While making it NOT sound AI generated ?

The honest pitch

- This is heads-down execution work, not a strategy role
- You'll spend most of your day writing and repurposing ideas into content across formats, in the voice of the person you're writing for
- It's high-volume, focused, and craft-obsessed
- The upside is what we'll teach you: the fundamentals of copywriting, how valuable copy actually works, how to write proposals, and every kind of writing that happens inside a company
- You'll learn how content turns into people reading, booking calls, and paying us thousands of dollars - we've done this before
- You'll get real exposure to strategy and positioning along the way, but the day-to-day is execution

What you'll do

Write case studies that turn our work into proof
- Write thought-leadership content for the founder and team members, each in their own voice
- Run our LinkedIn and Twitter/X presence
- Script YouTube and video content end to end
- Write project proposals and the internal copy a company runs on
- Use AI to repurpose one idea into many formats, in the right voice for each person and channel
- Keep a steady output of content that's genuinely worth reading

Who we're looking for

- Writes well. Clear, confident, warm, peer-to-peer, no fluff
- Understands a US audience. Register and sophistication matter — you can tell the difference between content that sounds smart and content that is
- Strong business instinct. You get how writing connects to deals, not just to engagement
- High agency. Owns the output, asks for help when stuck, doesn't need handholding
- Curious. You'd rather make one piece genuinely good than ship ten mediocre ones
- We are looking for someone who understands content, persuation & had already done it before in some capacity, at or outside of work, professionally, or for fun.

Bonus

- Background or coursework in copywriting / marketing / B2B / SaaS
- Familiar with AI writing tools, Notion, Loom
- Has written and published your own content before
