Key Responsibilitie

n

n
- sAdminister and support Citrix Cloud, Citrix DaaS, and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments
n
- .Design, deploy, and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions for enterprise users
n
- .Configure and maintain Citrix Cloud Connectors, Resource Locations, Workspace, StoreFront, and Citrix Gateway
n
- .Support provisioning technologies including Machine Creation Services (MCS) and Provisioning Services (PVS)
n
- .Working knowledge of Scripting language - Powershell, Terraform and CI/CD knowledg
n
- ePerform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of Citrix and virtual desktop-related issues
n
- .Monitor and optimise desktop performance, application delivery, and user experience
n
- .Implement security best practices, access controls,



and compliance requirements
n
- .Support Citrix infrastructure upgrades, patching, and migration activities
n
- .Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and End User Computing teams
n
- .Produce and maintain operational documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge articles
n
- .Participate in incident, problem, change, and release management processes
n
