We are seeking a proactive and technically Highly skilled Regional Manager /AVP Engineering Services SMC to drive/Accountability and Ownership of

- Multiple customer Utility O&M; services support to the M&E; customers.
n
- Ensure 100% Business retention on O&M; services.
n
- Techno Commercial Survey and Proposal Support to sales team .
n
- Ensure adequacy of skilled resources availability to O&M; customer.
n
- Accountability for 100% revenue billed for all O&M; customer through Team.
n
- Customer interaction and customer relation/upkeep on M&E; for all regions.
n
- Accountability to maintain Standardization of M&E; operations and documents
n
- Training assurance for all M&E; customer.
n
- Ensure safety and PPE standards are met for all O&M; customers.
n
- Incident and Accident Report accountability within TAT of O&M; customer.
n
- Ensure 100% SOW and SLA KPI delivered to M&E; customers.
n
- Ensure ESG parameters are adhered at sites on O&M;
n
- Ensure Organic Growth with the existing customer.
n




- As instructed and required by the reporting manager.
n
- Laise with SMC internal departments for on site business UPKEEP.
n

Qualifications:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. MBA preferred.
n
- 10- 15 years of experience in Utility /Infra Operation and Maintenance skills in FM space
n
- Preferred if he headed Engineering department of any small or big IFM company.
n
- Solid understanding of utility systems, maintenance practices, and asset lifecycle management.
n
- Knowledge of O&M; KPIs, SLAs, and condition-based or predictive maintenance methods.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PP and related software.
n
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or SCADA integration in O&M.;
n
- Understanding of HSE standards and compliance requirements in utility operations.
