We’re Hiring: Senior Oracle GTM Functional Lead (Global Trade Compliance) Are you an expert in bridging the gap between global trade regulations and enterprise software solutions? We are seeking a Senior Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Functional Lead with 10 + years of experience to drive end-to-end implementations, solution architecture, and compliance optimization for our global supply chain operations. Position Details Role: Senior Oracle GTM Functional Lead Location: Remote / Hybrid / In office (Insert Location) Experience Level: 7+ Years Employment Type: Full-time What You’ll Do As our Lead Functional SME, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Oracle GTM solutions from requirement gathering through post-go-live support: Lead Implementations: Act as the primary functional architect for Oracle GTM implementations, upgrades, and global enhancements. Requirements & Design: Facilitate business requirements workshops, conduct gap analyses, and author key artifacts including Solution Blueprints and Functional Design Documents (FDD). Module Configuration: Hands-on design and configuration across the full GTM suite, including: Trade Compliance & License Management Product Classification & Denied Party Screening (DPS) Customs Management & Free Trade Agreements (FTA) Testing & Deployment: Lead Solution Integration Testing (SIT),



User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, data migration, and hypercare support. Compliance Alignment: Interpret evolving global trade regulations (US EAR/ITAR, EU, APAC, LATAM) and translate them into automated system controls and content configurations. Stakeholder Bridge: Collaborate across Legal, Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and IT teams to align system capabilities with operational goals. What We’re Looking For GTM Mastery: 8 + years of dedicated hands-on experience in global trade compliance with a strong track record of leading Oracle GTM implementations. Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of global export controls, sanctions, customs regulations, and trade compliance frameworks across US, EU, APAC, and LATAM regions. Full-Lifecycle Experience: Proven ability to manage projects from initial discovery workshops through configuration, testing, cutover, and production support. Documentation Skills: Exceptional skill in creating clear, structured configuration guides, functional specifications, and end-user training materials. Leadership & Communication: Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to serve as an escalation point for complex technical and regulatory issues.
