Role Description
This is a multi-functional role for someone who’s valuable with people, organized with leads, and can assist the CEO in client communication and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads (Instagram, WhatsApp, Google)
Prepare and send quotations using templates
Maintain follow-up sheet and update status
Maintain CRM or daily inquiry sheets
Assist CEO with task tracking and WhatsApp reporting collection
Help with client invoice tracking and payment reminders
Occasionally assist with content ideas or replies
Skills Required:
Very organized and proactive
MS Office / Excel / Google Sheets + WhatsApp business usage
Fluent in English
Should love client interaction
Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
