Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing the entire product line life cycle

n

n
- Defining the requirement specifications from the business side for the development team
n
- Defining and tracking KPIs for each service
n
- Specifying and prioritizing product and customer requirements
n
- Co-ordinating and prioritizing the product backlog with the Engineering Development team
n
- Manage project delivery and timelines
n

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Proficiency in Japanese Language (JLPT N2 certified)
n
- 5 years of overall experience 2 years of product/project management related experience)
n
- People management experience
n

n

Experience in web application project management

n

n




- Possess KPI management knowledge/experience
n
- Excellent communication skills to enable stakeholder management
n
- High problem-solving skill that able to understand different business and provide data driven solutions
n
- Ability to meet tough deadlines, handle stress, and have valuable judgment
n
- Ability to manage cross functional development team
n

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in using confluence page & JIRA, Agile certification
n
- Scrum master
n
- PMP
n
