nJob Summary

nWe are looking for a skilled Windows Administrator with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing Windows infrastructure, Hyper-V environments, Active Directory, patch management, server security, and troubleshooting enterprise Windows environments.

nKey Responsibilities

n

- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 environments.
n
- Perform Windows server patch management using WSUS, SCCM, IBM BigFix, or ManageEngine.
n
- Implement server hardening and security best practices.
n
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, replication, and backup services.
n
- Administer File Servers (DFS, FSRM), Print Servers, IIS, and WDS.
n
- Monitor server health using tools such as SCOM, Nagios, Zabbix, or ManageEngine.
n
- Manage Hyper-V environments, including VM provisioning, clustering, replication, storage migration, and performance optimization.
n
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Clustering, Network Load Balancing (NLB), and NIC Teaming.
n
- Support Windows Server and Hyper-V migration and upgrade activities.
n
- Troubleshoot Windows server issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
n
- Handle Incident, Change,



and Problem Management activities while ensuring SLA compliance.
n
- Coordinate with OEM vendors (Microsoft, Dell, HP, etc.) for issue resolution.
n
- Maintain server availability, security, and performance across enterprise environments.
n
- Support Azure/GCP cloud operations (preferred).
n

nRequired Skills

n

n
- 4+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration.
n
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019.
n
- Candidates must have hands-on experience managing and supporting an enterprise environment with 1,000+ Windows servers .
n
- Hands-on experience with Hyper-V administration.
n
- Strong experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and ADFS.
n
- Experience with WSUS, SCCM, IBM BigFix, or ManageEngine patching tools.
n
- Knowledge of server hardening, antivirus management, and Windows security.
n
- Experience with monitoring tools such as SCOM, Nagios, Zabbix, or ManageEngine.
n
- Experience with Windows Clustering, NLB, NIC Teaming, and virtualization.
n
- Basic exposure to Azure or GCP is preferred.
n
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
n

nPreferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
n
- Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, MCP, ITIL, or Microsoft Azure are preferred.
