Apexorbitalx Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and driven Mechanical Design & Analysis Engineer to take ownership of mechanical design, CAD development, simulation, prototyping, testing, and design optimization for our advanced aerospace and defence systems.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings for mechanical and aerospace components.

- Perform mechanical design and engineering calculations for structures, mechanisms, enclosures, mounts, and subsystems.

- Conduct FEA/structural analysis, including static, modal, thermal, buckling, vibration,



and fatigue analysis as required.

- Design components considering strength, stiffness, weight, thermal performance, manufacturability, and reliability.

- Perform design optimization and DFM/DFA to improve performance, reduce weight, and simplify manufacturing.

- Support material selection based on mechanical, thermal, environmental, and application requirements.

- Develop and maintain BOMs, engineering drawings, specifications, and design documentation.

- Work closely with manufacturing teams on prototyping, fabrication, assembly, and design validation.

- Analyze test results and implement design improvements based on experimental and simulation data.

- Support prototype development, integration, qualification, and environmental testing.

- Perform tolerance analysis, GD&T;, and engineering change management.

- Collaborate with electronics, systems, materials, manufacturing, and aerospace engineering teams.

- Contribute to the development of lightweight, high-performance mechanical systems for aerospace and defence applications.

Qualifications ?





- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field or domain

? Whom We’re Looking For:

- ? 2–3 Years of hands-on space/hardware experience for B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech
- ?️ 5+ Years of deep technical execution for Diploma Engineers

- ?️ Language Check: You don't need to be a fluent English orator! ?️ Basic working English is totally fine—what matters to us is that you speak fluent Hardware. If you can read schematics, decipher PCB layouts, debug firmware, and understand the exact language circuits and microcontrollers speak ?⚡, you'll fit right in! ? Grades vs. Passion: Don't stress if you have an average CGPA! ? We don't hire textbook memorizers.
