Business Development Manager – Shootza

Shootza is looking for a Business Development Manager who can take complete ownership of sales, team performance, lead management, closures, and revenue growth . We are looking for someone who is hands-on, target-driven, and capable of building a solid sales culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Business Development / Inside Sales team.
- Set and drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor calls, lead follow-ups, meetings, CRM updates, proposals, and closures.
- Work directly with the team to close high-value and difficult opportunities.
- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Build B2B partnerships with digital agencies, event companies, wedding planners, real-estate firms, interior designers, restaurants, salons, and other businesses.
- Maintain and review the sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
- Identify gaps in lead conversion and improve the sales process.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching, and performance tracking.




- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth handover after client closure.
- Develop strategies to increase recurring clients and monthly revenue.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–6 years of Business Development / B2B Sales experience.
- Prior experience managing and driving a sales team.
- Strong cold-calling, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Proven experience achieving individual and team revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of CRM and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Experience in media production, digital marketing, advertising, creative agencies, events, SaaS, or service-based businesses is preferred.
