High Aero Academy is looking for a passionate, confident, and results-driven Aviation Counsellor to join our team in New Delhi.

If you have strong communication skills, a genuine interest in the aviation industry, and the ability to guide students toward the right aviation career path, we would love to hear from you.

✈️ Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding aviation courses and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable aviation programs.
- Explain course structure, eligibility, admission process, fees, and career pathways.
- Handle student enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified enquiries into admissions through effective counselling.
- Build strong and professional relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Represent High Aero Academy professionally during counselling sessions and student interactions.

? Candidate Requirements




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident personality with solid counselling and convincing abilities.
- Good understanding or interest in the aviation industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents.
- Sales/counselling experience in aviation, education, or training institutes will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and aviation knowledge may also apply.
- Target-oriented and professional approach.
