Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customers’ lifestyle, dietary habits, nutrition concerns, and individual requirements.
- Conduct online group sessions, training sessions, and doubt-solving sessions.
- Educate customers about healthy eating, balanced nutrition, lifestyle habits, and holistic wellness.
- Explain nutrition concepts in a simple, practical, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Monitor customer progress and provide regular guidance and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally and confidently.
- Prepare and deliver nutrition-related presentations and educational sessions when required.
- Coordinate with the Customer Support and Training Teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated with the latest evidence-based nutrition practices and developments.

Requirements

- Positive knowledge of Nutrition, Diet Planning, Food & Nutrition, and Healthy Lifestyle Practices.




- Relevant educational qualification in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong knowledge and relevant qualifications may also apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Confident in conducting Zoom/online consultations and group sessions.
- Strong counselling and customer-handling skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to explain technical nutrition concepts in simple language.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced wellness and education environment.
