Role Description The Wellness Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Mallapuram,Kerala, responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of wellness programs across the tulåh ecosystem. This role involves managing day-to-day operations of clinical wellness services, coordinating interdisciplinary teams (including Ayurveda practitioners, clinicians, therapists, and wellness guides), and ensuring that each guest’s journey is aligned with tulåh’s standards of personalized, integrative care.

The Wellness

Director will develop and refine wellness protocols, supervise staff training,



and monitor program outcomes to maintain high levels of safety, effectiveness, and guest satisfaction. They will also manage wellness budgets, collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, and support data-driven decision-making through tracking metrics and feedback. Regular interaction with guests, explicit communication with internal stakeholders, and hands-on presence in programming and scheduling are key components of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear interpersonal communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in Health & Wellness and Wellness program design, preferably within integrative, clinical, or Ayurvedic environments.
- Budgeting and resource management skills to oversee wellness program finances and operational efficiency.
- Experience in Training, coaching, and developing multidisciplinary wellness and clinical teams.
- Relevant academic background in healthcare, wellness, Ayurveda, integrative medicine, clinical psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a wellness, healthcare, or hospitality setting.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode with a guest-centered, ethically grounded approach to care.
- Strong organizational skills, comfort with data and metrics, and proficiency with basic digital tools or wellness tech platforms.
