About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional who can manage website-generated data, lead information and sales support activities. The role involves extracting, filtering and organizing website data, maintaining accurate records and converting data into meaningful inputs for the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract, filter and organize relevant data from the company website and other digital sources.
- Monitor website enquiries, leads and customer information and ensure accurate data capture.
- Clean, validate and categorize data for effective sales follow-up.
- Maintain and update CRM/lead databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Identify and share relevant leads/opportunities with the Sales team.
- Prepare regular Excel-based reports, MIS and sales data summaries.
- Conduct basic online research on customers, companies,



products and market opportunities.
- Support the Sales/Pre-Sales team with lead analysis, customer information and data requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updating and tracking of leads.
- Identify gaps in data and suggest improvements in the website/lead management process.

What We're Looking For

- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Pre-Sales, Lead Management, CRM, MIS, Data Management or similar roles.
- Robust command of MS Excel, including filtering, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and data cleaning.
- Comfortable working with websites, databases and large volumes of information.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to convert raw data into clear, actionable information.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. will be an advantage.
