We are looking for a Brand Strategist & Account Executive to manage client communication, understand business requirements, develop strategic directions, and coordinate with our internal creative, content, social media, and website teams.
n
The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and organised account manager who can turn client requirements into explicit and actionable briefs.
n
Role Overview
n
As a Brand Strategist & Account Executive, you will be the bridge between the client and the internal execution team.
n
Your primary responsibility will be to:
n
Understand → Strategise → Brief → Coordinate → Review → Present
n
You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective strategies and briefs for social media, branding, and website projects.
n
Key Responsibilities1. Client Communication & Account Management
n
n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
n
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
n
- Understand client objectives, requirements, expectations, and business challenges.
n
- Conduct client calls and meetings and document key discussions.
n
- Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, content, assets, and other requirements.
n
- Share project updates, timelines, and deliverables with clients.
n
- Manage client feedback and ensure it is clearly communicated to the relevant internal teams.
n
- Proactively identify and resolve communication gaps or project issues.
n
- Maintain a clear record of client requirements, feedback, approvals, and pending actions.

2. Brand Strategy
n
n
- Understand the client's business, brand positioning, target audience, products/services, and competitors.
n
- Develop strategic directions for brand communication.
n
- Define relevant content pillars, themes, messaging, and tone of voice.
n
- Conduct basic competitor and market research.
n
- Develop ideas for campaigns, content themes, launches, and brand communication.
n
- Ensure all communication remains consistent with the client's brand identity and objectives.
n

3. Social Media Strategy & Briefing
n
n
- Understand the client's social media objectives and develop relevant content directions.
n
- Prepare monthly content calendars in coordination with the social media team.
n
- Create detailed briefs for:
n
- Reels
n
- Static posts
n
- Carousels
n
- Campaigns
n
- Stories
n
- Other social media content
n
- Clearly communicate the objective, target audience, key message, tone, CTA, references, and expected outcome for each content piece.
n
- Coordinate with copywriters, designers, video editors, and social media executives.
n
- Review content before presenting it to the client.
n
- Ensure content is strategically relevant and aligned with the client's brand.
n

4. Website Strategy & Content Briefing
n
n
- Understand the client's website objectives and requirements.
n
- Convert client discussions into structured website briefs.
n
- Coordinate website content requirements including:
n
- Website structure
n
- Page requirements
n
- Website copy
n
- CTAs
n
- Images and visual direction
n
- Features and functionality
n
- Brand messaging
n
- Coordinate between clients, designers, content teams, and website developers.
n
- Review website content and pages from a brand and communication perspective.
n
- Consolidate client feedback and communicate revisions clearly to the website team.
n
- Ensure the final website reflects the client's business objectives and brand positioning.
n

5. Internal Team Coordination
n
n
- Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
n
- Prepare clear and detailed task briefs before assigning work.
n
- Ensure team members have all necessary information, references, content, and deadlines.
n
- Follow up on tasks and project timelines.
n
- Coordinate with:

- Graphic Designers
n
- Video Editors

- Content Writers

- Social Media Executives

- UI/UX Designers

- Website Developers

- Performance Marketing Team
n
- Review deliverables before they are presented to clients.

- Minimise unnecessary revisions by ensuring briefs and requirements are clear from the beginning.

6. Project Management
n

- Maintain timelines and deliverables for assigned accounts.
n
- Track pending client inputs, approvals, and internal tasks.
n
- Ensure projects progress according to agreed timelines.
n
- Identify potential delays and communicate them proactively.
n
- Maintain proper documentation of project discussions and decisions.
n
- Ensure all deliverables are completed and presented professionally.
