Roles & Responsibilities:

n

n
- Provide advanced operational support for network and security services across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
n
- Perform incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for complex network and security issues.
n
- Monitor and maintain network availability, performance, and security across production environments.
n
- Support hybrid and multi-cloud networking environments using technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, AWS, and Azure.
n
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, load balancers, and other network security components.
n
- Support data center network infrastructure, including Cisco Nexus and related networking technologies.
n
- Collaborate with Network Engineering, Security, and Delivery teams to transition recent services and solutions into production support.
n
- Ensure network and security services meet operational, availability, and performance requirements.
n
- Participate in incident,



problem, and change management activities as required.
n

n

Experience:

n

n
- 5.5–8 years of relevant experience in Network Engineering, Cloud Networking, or Network Security.
n
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
n
- Strong experience in Firewall technologies, preferably Palo Alto.
n
- Experience with Load Balancing technologies.
n
- Experience with Cisco Nexus and data center networking.
n
- Experience troubleshooting complex network and security incidents in production environments.
n
- Exposure to hybrid and multi-cloud network infrastructure.
n

Good to Have:

n

n
- Experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise or data center environments.
n
- Knowledge of network security operations and security monitoring.
n
- Experience working with large-scale production network infrastructure.
n

n

Education:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.
