Role Description The Web Sales Manager is responsible for driving online sales growth and managing digital customer relationships for Shine Jewel’s wholesale jewelry business. This full-time, in office role in Jaipur involves overseeing e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, and managing online promotions to increase conversions and revenue.

The Web Sales

Manager will monitor web analytics, identify sales opportunities, and coordinate with marketing, operations,



and design teams to ensure accurate inventory, pricing, and product information. Daily tasks include handling key online client accounts, resolving customer inquiries, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. The role also includes leading and mentoring a small sales team focused on digital channels, implementing best practices in web sales, and contributing to strategic initiatives for market expansion.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding online revenue targets.
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring responsive communication and positive client experiences.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership abilities, including guiding, coaching, and motivating sales staff in digital environments.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online merchandising, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Experience in jewelry, luxury goods, or B2B wholesale sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and CRM systems, and preparing regular sales performance reports.
