About the Program

At Thinknovaa, we're doing things differently. This isn't a traditional job or a standard internship—it’s an open collaboration program designed for aspiring web developers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. If you are self-taught, a student, or transitioning careers, this is a space for you to build real websites, work on practical web projects, strengthen your portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team.

What You’ll Do

Build Real Websites: Create modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites for real-world projects and use cases.

Develop Web Pages: Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create structured, interactive, and visually engaging web pages.

Create Responsive Designs: Ensure websites work smoothly across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Add Interactive Features: Implement navigation, forms, animations, components, and other interactive website functionality.

Work with Modern Technologies: Explore frameworks, libraries, and tools such as React.js, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or other modern web technologies.

Integrate APIs: Connect websites with REST APIs, third-party services, and external platforms to create dynamic functionality.

Optimize Websites: Improve website performance, responsiveness, accessibility, SEO basics, and overall user experience.

Debug & Maintain: Identify and fix bugs, test website functionality, and make improvements based on feedback.

Collaborate & Deploy: Work with the team on real projects,



use Git/GitHub for version control, and gain exposure to hosting and website deployment.

Who You Are

Passionate about web development and eager to learn—no specific degree required.

Comfortable with HTML and CSS fundamentals.

Familiar with JavaScript and basic web development concepts.

Have a basic understanding of responsive design, web browsers, and frontend development.

Bonus points: If you know React.js, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript frameworks, Git/GitHub, APIs, WordPress, or have previously built websites or web projects.

Curious, creative, driven, and comfortable asking questions, solving problems, and experimenting with current ideas.
