The role involves managing class operations, resolving learner concerns, supporting LMS activities, and ensuring a smooth learning experience. Key Responsibilities Address learner queries and ensure timely resolution. Creating documents and presentations, research and development. Coordinate with mentors regarding sessions, doubts, feedback, and learner concerns. Manage class scheduling, rescheduling, reminders, and communication. Handle learner communities and publish relevant updates and resources. Support LMS activities,



including content, access, and learner issues. Call learners for feedback, engagement, follow-ups, and issue resolution. Track concerns and coordinate with relevant teams until closure. Maintain program data related to courses, content, learners, and class delivery. Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements. Support learner engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication. Good coordination and problem-solving abilities. Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and digital platforms. Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups. Professional, patient, and learner-focused approach. Solid documentation and attention to detail.
