• Create and maintain consistent, high-quality, personalized LinkedIn content in collaboration with the content and design teams.
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain engagement and build relationships with the audience.
• Strategically grow followers and connections, focusing on prospects, venture capitalists, event organizers, and industry influencers.
• Collaborate with event organizers to secure speaking opportunities for executives.
• Maintain a database of connections, engagement history, and follow-up actions for each executive.
• Customize messaging and outreach strategies tailored to individual connections and engagement history, ensuring a personalized approach.
• Track, analyze, and report engagement metrics, including follower growth and content performance.
• Work closely with executives to ensure their personal voice and tone are reflected in all LinkedIn activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of LinkedIn strategies and campaigns.
