- Conduct regular quality control checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing defects and increasing productivity.
- Develop and maintain documentation for quality systems, including procedures, protocols, and records.
- Troubleshoot issues related to aluminum casting processes, utilizing knowledge of metallurgy principles.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
- Robust understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using spectrometer equipment for material analysis.
- Experience working with raw materials inspection techniques.
