- Direct cooperation with strategic IT procurement managers and requesters to achieve procurement goals.
- Support vendor ratings and national buying entities to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT procurement or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HRO, sourcing, and service line management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
