- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly/quarterly/year-end financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to provide timely and accurate financial information.
- Identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements to optimize finance processes.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in finance & accounts or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, ERP systems, and finance reporting standards.
- Proven track record in managing complex budgets and driving business growth through strategic planning.
