SVC Team Lead

Role Objective
To lead and manage the SVC team effectively, ensuring team productivity, performance, discipline, and achievement of assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and manage the SVC team on a day-to-day basis.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members effectively.
- Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets.
- Conduct daily team briefings and provide necessary guidance and support.
- Motivate the team to achieve productivity and performance targets.
- Track attendance, punctuality, discipline, and overall team conduct.
- Review daily/weekly team performance and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Identify performance gaps and take necessary corrective actions.
- Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and productivity.
- Handle team-level issues and resolve them effectively.




- Coordinate with the Sales team and other relevant departments for smooth workflow.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, processes, and service standards.
- Escalate critical issues to the reporting manager in a timely manner.
- Take ownership of overall SVC team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Any Graduate.
- Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably with robust experience in team handling and leadership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
