- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process housing loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage applications from start to finish.
- Conduct thorough credit checks on borrowers using various databases and tools.
- Ensure timely disbursement of funds to approved borrowers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in secured lending products such as housing loans, LAP, or mortgages.
- Robust understanding of regulatory guidelines governing secured loans in India.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
