CNC Maintenance Roles & Responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines to ensure smooth production.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems in CNC machines.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to CNC controllers, PLCs, servo motors, drives, sensors, and encoders.

Maintain and troubleshoot CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, Milling, and Grinding machines.

Carry out machine installation, commissioning, calibration, alignment, and periodic servicing.

Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams,



hydraulic and pneumatic drawings.

Monitor machine performance and take corrective action to reduce machine downtime.

Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, spare parts, and machine history.

Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams for quick resolution of machine-related issues.

Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and preventive maintenance schedules to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.Role & responsibilities
