Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads & E-commerce Specialist to join our in-house team at our office in Zirakpur, VIP Road.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads and should also understand how to manage and operate an end-to-end e-commerce setup.

This is not a role for someone who only knows how to boost posts or create basic advertisements.

We are looking for someone who understands the complete process — from setting up and managing campaigns to generating traffic, optimizing conversions, analyzing performance and improving overall e-commerce sales.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads

- Plan, create and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Set up campaigns, ad sets, audiences and creatives.
- Manage prospecting, retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and testing.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, copy and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns regularly.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
- Analyze important metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining acceptable ROAS.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

E-commerce Management

The candidate should understand the complete e-commerce ecosystem, including:

- E-commerce website/store management.
- Product listing and catalog management.
- Product pricing and offers.
- Landing pages and product pages.
- Order management and tracking.




- Customer journey and conversion funnel.
- Payment gateway basics.
- Shipping and logistics coordination.
- COD and prepaid order processes.
- Order confirmation and follow-up systems.
- Basic understanding of analytics and conversion tracking.
- Understanding customer acquisition and retention.
- Working with different tools and platforms required for running an online store.

Growth & Optimization

- Work on improving website conversion rates.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales data.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives.
- Suggest new products, offers, audiences and marketing strategies.
- Keep yourself updated with new Meta Ads features, policies and e-commerce marketing trends.
- Take ownership of the overall performance of paid marketing and e-commerce operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior hands-on experience with Meta Ads is mandatory.
- Must have experience running Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Must understand campaign optimization and scaling.
- Should have practical knowledge of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion tracking.
- Must understand the fundamentals of e-commerce operations.
- Should have experience working with an e-commerce website/store.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should be comfortable working with numbers, reports and performance data.
- Must be able to independently identify problems and find solutions.
- Should be proactive and willing to take ownership of results.




- Candidates who have managed real advertising budgets and generated actual sales will be strongly preferred.

If you only have experience with basic social media posting or boosting posts, this position may not be suitable for you.

Working Hours

8 hours per day

Sunday – Weekly Off

This is a 100% in-house office position. Candidates must be comfortable working from our Zirakpur office.

Compensation

Salary: Competitive and based on experience and skill level.

Salary will be discussed during the interview based on your previous experience, practical knowledge and ability to independently manage Meta Ads and e-commerce operations.
