Role & responsibilities

- On-Ground Market Penetration: Conducting daily field visits to retail outlets, local merchants, and small businesses across Ashta and nearby Sehore clusters to identify recent business opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Pitching products or services directly to local business owners, handling objections on the spot, and closing sales deals.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining consistent communication with existing clients to secure repeat orders, upsell services, and maintain high brand loyalty.
- Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and distribution targets set by the regional managers.
- Payment Collection: Following up on outstanding dues and managing timely payment recovery from onboarded vendors in compliance with company policies.
- Local Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitor pricing, schemes, and supply strategies in the Ashta market and reporting back to management.
- Daily Reporting: Submitting regular sales logs, visit feedback, and daily collection updates through the company's CRM or field tracking application.





Preferred candidate profile

- Geography Knowledge: Intimate familiarity with commercial hubs like Ashta main market, Kannod road, and connecting rural pockets of Sehore.
- Mandatory Conveyance: A personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license are essential for navigating the local terrain.
- Language & Communication: Fluent verbal communication in Hindi is necessary to build trust with local merchants, combined with a basic understanding of English for mobile app operations.
