We are looking for experienced Telecallers / Telesales Executives to join our sales team at our office in Zirakpur, VIP Road.
This prospect is specifically for candidates who already have experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, outbound calling, lead conversion, or customer sales and are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
The majority of our customers are from Hindi-speaking regions, so candidates must be comfortable communicating in Hindi and should have good convincing and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and customer interactions.
- Build a good relationship with customers through professional communication.
- Work consistently towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / sales is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in outbound calling or lead conversion will be preferred.
- Must be comfortable speaking Hindi fluently.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Should be confident while talking to customers over the phone.
- Should be target-oriented and motivated by sales and incentives.
- Must be willing to work 9 hours every day with dedication and consistency.
- Should be comfortable working from our Zirakpur office.
- Candidates who frequently change jobs or are looking for a temporary opportunity may not be suitable for this position.
- Freshers are not preferred for this particular position.
Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: 15,000 per month
In addition to the fixed salary, performance-based incentives are available.
The better your sales performance, the higher your earning potential.
Working Schedule
We have 3 different shift options available.
Each shift requires approximately 9 hours of dedicated work.
Shift details will be discussed during the interview/selection process.
