Role & responsibilities :

- Execute and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Supervise activities including excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, backfilling, masonry, flooring, finishing, roads and drainage works.
- Read and interpret civil, structural and architectural drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with civil contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors and site teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor manpower, material and equipment deployment at site.
- Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship at different stages of execution.
- Conduct site measurements and assist in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, material reconciliation and contractor billing.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.




- Ensure construction work is completed within the planned schedule and quality parameters.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports and Monthly Progress Reports.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Strong understanding of civil construction and site execution.
- Hands-on experience in RCC, concreting, excavation, backfilling, shuttering and finishing works.
- Knowledge of quantity calculation, measurements, BOQ and contractor billing.
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good contractor and site-team coordination skills.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently at project sites and manage multiple site activities.
