Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Oversee site operations, including labor management, material procurement, and quality control.

- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, Project Managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project progress.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor activity levels, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-20 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.

- B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.

- Solid knowledge of building construction processes; familiarity with PMP certification an advantage.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
