We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho-based solutions. The role requires solid analytical skills and the ability to act as a bridge between clients and the technical/implementation team.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients
- Understand existing business processes and suggest process improvements
- Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD) and workflows
- Coordinate with Zoho implementation and development teams
- Support implementation, testing, and UAT activities
- Ensure delivered solutions meet client expectations and business needs
- Provide client training and post-implementation support when required
- Maintain clear documentation and reports for all projects

Qualifications
