Role & responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution from order receipt to final delivery.
- Review customer requirements, purchase orders, schedules, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production, PPC, Quality, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor production plans, material availability, WIP, FG, and dispatch schedules.
- Track project QCD Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance and highlight deviations.
- Follow up on material shortages, production delays, quality issues, and project risks.
- Maintain ERP/MRP data, project trackers, MIS reports, and required documentation.
- Communicate project status, delivery updates, and delays to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support customer complaints, returns, change management, and corrective actions.
- Monitor project costs, product profitability,



and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Conduct regular project reviews and follow up on action items until closure.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, VA/VE, and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering, Operations, Management or related field.
- Experience: Freshers / 01 Year
- Basic understanding of Project Management & Operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/MRP and documentation.
- Solid communication, coordination and analytical skills.
- Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility and work with cross-functional teams.
