We are a fast-growing consulting company in Analytics, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. We deploy software solutions in the area of FP&A;, Consolidation, Analytics for our clients in India and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and Zoho Books
- Maintain and reconcile Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage routine banking operations
- Handle GST filings and ensure TDS compliance
- Assist in preparation and basic finalization of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
- Prepare, maintain, and organize accounting records and documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for financial clarifications
- Effectively multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Key Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho Books
- Solid understanding of AP, AR, and banking transactions
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and applicable tax regulations
- Basic understanding of account finalization, P&L;, and Balance Sheet
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good Communication Skills
