Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a robust understanding of affordable housing products such as LAP (Loan Against Property), HL (Home Loan), Mortgage Loans, NBFCs, and other related financial services.
- Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities,



and expanding existing relationships.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in Affordable Housing & Home Finance industry with expertise in Home Loan Sales or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of various types of loans including LAP (Loan Against Property), HL (Home Loan), Mortgage Loans etc. .
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
