Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi,Vazhakulam Warehouse responsible for Finished goods Warehouse & Supply Chain, Dispatch, and Store Operations. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, unloading, storing, and organizing materials and finished garments. The individual will manage inventory control processes, ensure accurate stock records, and coordinate dispatch to distributors, dealers, and retail outlets.

Responsibilities include packing and preparing orders for shipment, optimizing space and material handling, and maintaining safety, cleanliness,



and compliance standards within the warehouse and store areas. The role also requires close coordination with production, sales, and logistics teams to support timely order fulfillment and smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications

- Practical experience in Shipping & Receiving, including checking, documenting, and routing incoming and outgoing goods.
- Hands-on skills in Packing and Unloading, with the ability to handle apparel cartons and materials safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of Inventory Control practices, such as stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to operate or work with material-handling equipment such as a Pallet Jack, following all safety procedures.
- Prior experience in warehouse, dispatch, or store operations, preferably in garments, textiles, or FMCG.
- Strong attention to detail,Excel, basic data entry skills, and familiarity with inventory or ERP software (SAP) is an advantage.
- Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline. A qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
