Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Supervise the shift team and ensure smooth operations during the assigned shift.
- Handle dispatch planning and coordination to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
- Prepare material indents/requisitions as per stock and operational requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy and physical stock.




- Coordinate with the delivery/logistics team for timely order movement.
- Maintain proper GRN, dispatch, stock and warehouse records.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO, storage practices and warehouse hygiene.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety and warehouse processes.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, dispatch, inventory or store operations.
- Experience as a Shift In-charge / Warehouse Supervisor will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in dispatch management, inventory control and indent preparation.
- Valuable team-handling and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and inventory/ERP systems.
- Comfortable working in shift-based operations.
- Candidates from FMCG, grocery, e-commerce, quick-commerce or warehouse operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
