We are seeking a Warehouse Audit & Cost Analyst to join our team and manage client accounts across Accurest's software products. The role combines warehouse and 3PL operations, invoice auditing, cost analysis, client account management, and data-driven problem-solving . The ideal candidate should understand warehouse and fulfilment operations, be comfortable working with large datasets and invoices, and independently manage multiple client accounts.

Job Responsibilities Client Account Management

- Manage and own multiple client accounts across Accurest's software platforms.
- Handle client onboarding and ensure accurate account setup.
- Run weekly and monthly audit and reporting cycles for assigned accounts.
- Review audit and reporting outputs and take appropriate action based on findings.
- Respond to client queries and coordinate follow-ups with clients, warehouses, and carriers.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication for all assigned accounts.

Warehouse & 3PL Operations

- Work with clients and their 3PL/warehouse partners on operational requirements.
- Handle and review warehouse-related information including:

- Rate cards

- Receiving

- Storage

- Inventory
- Pick & Pack

- Packaging

- Shipping

- Returns
- Identify operational or billing discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.





Invoice Audit & Cost Analysis

- Verify warehouse and carrier invoices against contracts, rate cards, and agreed pricing.
- Identify overcharges, incorrect charges, and billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and coordinate invoice disputes with warehouses and carriers.
- Analyse warehouse and shipping costs to identify potential savings opportunities.
- Review logistics and fulfilment data to identify trends, discrepancies, and cost leakages.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Work extensively with Excel and large data files.
- Analyse warehouse, carrier, invoice, inventory, and fulfilment data.
- Prepare and review client reports generated through Accurest's software platforms.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before sharing reports or findings with clients.

Software & Process Improvement

- Work with Accurest's software products.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, workflows, and software functionality.
- Support software improvements by working with the codebase where required.
- Use AI coding tools to assist with software-related tasks and process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in a relevant role in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, fulfilment, audit, or data analysis.
- Good understanding of warehouse and 3PL operations.
- Knowledge of receiving, storage, pick & pack, packaging, shipping, and returns.
- Experience verifying,



reconciling, or auditing invoices is preferred, particularly logistics or fulfilment invoices.
- Understanding of parcel carrier pricing, including:

- Weight

- Zones

- Dimensional weight

- Surcharges
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned work.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, scripting, or Git.
- Ability to read and understand basic code.
- Familiarity with command-line tools.
- Experience using AI coding assistants.
- Background in logistics finance, freight audit, parcel audit, or fulfilment cost analysis.
- Understanding of unit economics for a consumer or DTC brand.
- Experience working with warehouse management, fulfilment, or logistics software.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable working with data, invoices, warehouse operations, clients, and technology. A strong understanding of fulfilment and 3PL operations, plus attention to detail and a willingness to learn new software and AI-enabled tools, will be key to success in this role **.
