Role Description The Warehouse Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting smooth and accurate warehouse operations. Day-to-day tasks include receiving incoming shipments, unloading goods, verifying quantities and conditions, and organizing items in designated storage areas. The role involves packing orders to company standards, preparing items for dispatch, and assisting with shipping activities to ensure timely delivery.

The Warehouse

Specialist will help maintain inventory control by counting stock, updating records, and reporting discrepancies, while operating basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.



This position requires close coordination with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving, with experience in handling incoming and outgoing goods and related documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Packing, with the ability to prepare orders securely and efficiently according to standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Unloading, including safe handling of deliveries and organizing products in the warehouse.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control, with familiarity in stock counting, record keeping, and tracking discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess skills in operating a Pallet Jack and other basic material-handling equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy for inventory systems, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move packages, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail distribution is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
