Role Overview:

The Warehouse Manager will handle complete warehouse operations, including inventory, labour, order processing, packing, dispatch and shipment management. The role will also establish warehouse SOPs, systems and layouts for smooth and accurate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily inward, storage, picking, packing and dispatch operations.
- Maintain accurate SKU-wise and location-wise inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and resolve inventory differences.
- Control stock shortages, damages, incorrect dispatches and non-moving stock.
- Manage warehouse staff, supervisors and contract labour.
- Plan manpower, shifts, attendance, overtime and daily work allocation.
- Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for timely shipments.
- Ensure correct invoices, e-way bills,



delivery challans and proof of delivery.
- Coordinate with E-commerce, Sales, Purchase, Production and Accounts teams.
- Track pending orders and resolve stock or shipment-related issues.
- Create SOPs for inward, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
- Set up barcode, bin-location, ERP or WMS-based inventory mechanisms.
- Develop an organised warehouse layout with proper racks, zones and product labelling.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure 5S, workplace safety, fire safety and audit readiness.
