? We're Hiring: Warehouse Operations Manager | Maliao< /p>

Maliao is growing rapid, and we're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to own our warehouse end-to-end, from setting it up the right way to making sure every order leaves on time and accurately.

What you'll do:

- Manage all warehouse operations, including e-commerce order fulfilment (website & marketplaces) and general/B2B dispatches
- Set up and run the warehouse systematically using the FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) method across all products
- Design and maintain SKU-wise and batch-wise product location mapping (bin/rack mapping) for fast, error-free picking
- Oversee inward, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch processes
- Track batch numbers and expiry dates to keep stock fresh and minimise wastage
- Run regular stock audits and cycle counts, and reconcile physical stock with system inventory
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely pickups and handle returns (RTO) processing
- Lead, train, and manage the warehouse team
- Maintain hygiene,



safety, and proper storage standards suited to cosmetic products

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience managing a warehouse, ideally in cosmetics, FMCG, pharma, or e-commerce
- Strong working knowledge of FEFO/FIFO, batch & expiry management, and SKU location mapping
- Experience handling high-volume e-commerce dispatch alongside bulk/general orders
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and inventory or warehouse management systems
- Organised, process-driven, and able to build systems from scratch
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills
